This license exists only for purposes associated with operating and providing the service and ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable backup, archival, security, or legal retention periods.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload, use, and distribute any content you provide through Storm Studio.

11. Service Changes and Availability
Storm Studio is an evolving service.
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the service at any time.
We do not guarantee that Storm Studio, any particular feature, or any particular data source will remain available indefinitely.
We may perform maintenance or experience interruptions, outages, delays, errors, or other technical issues.
Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice of significant changes or planned disruptions, but we are not obligated to do so.
12. Preview, Beta, and Experimental Features
We may make preview, beta, experimental, or pre-release features available from time to time.
These features may be incomplete, change substantially, contain errors, or be discontinued without notice.
Access to a preview or experimental feature does not guarantee continued or future access to that feature or to Storm Studio generally.
Unless we state otherwise, preview and experimental features are provided for evaluation and testing purposes.

You may stop using Storm Studio at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if:

Following termination, your right to use Storm Studio ends.
We may delete or retain account information and content following termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storm Studio is provided "as is" and "as available."
We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.
We do not warrant that Storm Studio will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information provided through the service will be complete, accurate, or current.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storm Studio and its owners, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of Storm Studio.
